Alex to the rescue! That's a good way to sum up our experience. From the moment we met until weeks after we closed, he was there for all our questions, problems and solutions. Alex did everything he could to ensure we profited as much as possible on our sale and did a bunch of research on the property we wanted and directed us on what would be a smart offer. Alex knows his stuff and isn't just talk - he steps up for his clients and goes above and beyond. We had a very disheartening experience on the closing day of our new house and when the previous owners, the other agent, the lawyers, all ran for the hills, Alex swooped in to right a wrong - not because it was his problem to fix, but because he wanted to do what's right and to make sure we had the positive 'new home' experience he'd wanted for us.
