SARAZIN HOME GROUP and Alex are a great real estate firm.

Alex has a great personality and is on the ball with dealing with requests and handling timelines. I have never felt that I needed to wait for him, or his office, to respond. If I send a text or call him I can get a hold of him very quick. I have used him to buy and sell and highly recommend him to anyone in the Ottawa area.

When buying he was able to narrow down the viewings to a useful set and when selling he was able to get everything ready to go in just a few days. With great coaching and advice from him we were able to sell quick and for a very generous price.
