Pam is very patient and does not use pressure tactics. I looked for a house for over a year and she was a delight to work with. When I eventually listed and sold, she was super organized. Creating a listing app that notified me of bookings, staging my house, sending a contractor to fix an issue, sending an electrician to get an electrically certificate, sending movers. She even sent me a pre and post checklist of items I should follow up on. I would highly recommend Pam to any potential buyers or sellers. You will be in good hands.
