Pam is very patient and does not use pressure tactics. I looked for a house for over a year and she was a delight to work with. When I eventually listed and sold, she was super organized. I have used Alex now for the fourth time. He’s always been attentive and enthusiastic. One of the main reasons I repeatedly use him is he is flat out honest. Sometimes I need to be told the truth. Alex has a great personality and is on the ball with dealing with requests and handling timelines. I have never felt that I needed to wait for him, or his office, to respond. If I send a text or call him I can get a hold of him very quick. I have used him to buy and sell and highly recommend him to anyone in the Ottawa area.
